Salsa is the sexy, steamy Cuban dance that many people wish they knew how to perform. There are usually many nightclubs or ballrooms around the country that hold salsa nights and in order to fully take advantage of those occasions, it may be time to learn to salsa!
Although one of the basic movements of salsa involves the 4-step move that NFL player Victor Cruz has popularized during his touchdown salsa dance, there is a lot more that goes into it.
Here are 5 tips:
1) Listen to the beat and make sure you understand how to move with it
2) You can’t get better without practice!
3) Salsa is a 2 person dance…you need a partner
4) Show confidence aka be sassy
5) Most importantly, have fun!
