Live Traditional Cuban Music
Chef Ricardo Sarda was born in Cuba. By 25 years of age he was the “Maestro de Cocina” at the Hotel Capri in Havana where he stayed for many years developing his skills in traditional Cuban cuisine. He arrived in Miami and landed at Sergio’s Cuban Restaurant in Coral Gables. At Sergio’s he continued preparing flavorful Cuban specialties modernizing the dishes using fresh local ingredients. He continues to evolve his menu in the Bay Area using locally sourced, organic, seasonal ingredients.
